Our main objective is the wellbeing of all people involved.
This is why we follow the highest safety standards and hold all necessary certificates and approvals to do the job. Permanent monitoring and evaluation is an important part of our operational ambitions. Our work is conducted in accordance with client-specific requirements, local and international regulations, and leading industry standards.
Our Services in the field of offshore maintenance are working in accordance to DNV GL requirements and are IS0 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001-2007 and ISO 14001:2015 certified.
ENGIE ‘s Quality department offers the ENGIE Offshore Division a wide range of innovative, high-tech products and services in a sustainable and socially responsible manner. The quality support is realized by our team of skilled, motivated, highly trained employees with the necessary attention to quality and with a strong focus on operational excellence.
As ENGIE Offshore Division is working according to the ISO standard 9001: 2015, we are committed to an integrated quality management system with clear rules for all activities within the division. The system facilitates efficient management of our activities assuring our products and services meet the legal and contractual requirements.
Objectives are translated into performance indicators and an action plan for continuous improvement is based on the “Plan-Do-Check-Act” principle. The application, effectiveness and relevance are checked annually by means of inspections, audits and management reviews.
ENGIE Fabricom senior management has appointed a management representative and set up an Q organization to ensure that this policy is continuously tested.

Measuring & monitoring the performance of the processes with regards to the set objectives.
Initialize the required actions to further improve the organization, process or work environment.
Nevertheless that quality checks are integrated in all processes in all disciplines, the quality team is supporting actively in preparation and execution of all quality Inspections. Timely resolution of all punches and non-conformities is also followed up by the quality team.
The quality team assures the necessary tools are available to follow up and execute quality inspections, as well as the necessary knowledge and expertise for these inspections is available.
Through all stages of the projects, punches are managed through the mobile cloud based open and flexible platform Fieldwire.
The internal lessons learned process assures every remark or idea for improvement is registered, analyzed and implemented if it is considered to be of added value for the organization.
