Advanced working instruments and techniques
- Two rolling bridges with low vibrations, each of which can lift up to 25 tonnes
- Large VPI tank (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) with a diameter of 3 metres and a height of 4 metres. After the rewinding, motors are submerged in this tank in nuclear certified resin and they undergo a vacuum pressure impregnation cycle for an optimal result.
- Pyrolysis-incineration furnace (3.5 x 2.5 x 4 metres)
- Drying oven (3 x 2.5 x 4 metres)
- Test benches for motors with low- and high-voltage (6 kV) up to 8 MW, designed to prevent stray current damage
- Balancing machine up to 7 metres and 3 tonnes
- Measuring instruments and equipment for extensive quality control
